Celebrate Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ+) Pride Month

According to Gallup's latest poll, 7.1 percent of adults in the U.S. "self-identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or something other than heterosexual." In 2020 that number was at 5.6 percent. And for 2021, among members of Generation Z, it's close to 21 percent.1

That many more people are open about being part of the LGBTQ+ community can be seen as a testament to the spirit of Pride Month: accepting yourself and those in your life as they are. Love is love is love.

We've put together these resources to help those in the LGBTQ+ community and their families. And remember: You and your household members can call us 24/7 for in-the-moment support.

You can call your EAP/Resources For Living (RFL) phone number 24/7 for support.
