80% or above: Early bird

You may tend to be more proactive than procrastinating. In a lot of cases, like paying bills, you can never be too early. But if you feel you always have to deliver ahead of time, it can lead to increased stress or even burnout.

If you're an early bird who tries to catch every single worm, you may benefit from relaxing your standards a bit on low-priority tasks, completing them on time rather than early and taking some time for yourself.

79% and below: 11th-hour owl

You may tend to put off until tomorrow things you could do today. This can be an issue at home, work or school, where people may view you as less than 100 percent reliable.

If you're always a day late, you might benefit from setting deadlines for yourself that are a day or two early. That way even if you're late, you're still on time.

You can check out the Resource Centers > Self-improvement > Time management section on the website. You might also want to find out more about the reasons you procrastinate. Sometimes counseling can help you identify and resolve issues that can contribute to this habit.
